My representatives were friendly, incredibly responsive, and happy to answer questions over and over to address any anxiety about such a big move.Each move included a review of the service options (I chose to have my items packed in their own crates) and an estimate of costs provided after a video walk-through of the home, and I was pleasantly surprised that my total weight was *less* than the estimate. They work with local vendors to pack your home, crate the items, transport them, and unload them. Instead of having to deal with multiple vendors, I had a single point of contact that kept me apprised every step of the way.Relocating is incredibly stressful.
