The Mobile Mover Image inventory is an Arpin of RI proprietary electronic inventory for your household goods. With this free app, customers will get a detailed numbered listing of every item loaded onto an Arpin RI for storage.

With the free version of the Mobile Mover e-inventory:

1. Every item will be identified with a color-coded numbering tag with a unique code for each customer.
2. Each numbered item will receive a line item on the inventory identifying the type, color, or style of the item. i.e. (Brown leather sofa)
3. The condition of each item will be documented and any per-existing damages will be noted using standard mover’s location codes. If the item is a carton packed by Arpin RI, its contents will be recorded.

When completed and signed on the iPad, a PDF version of the e-inventory will be instantly emailed to you and a backup copy will be stored in the cloud. When the items are removed from storage, added to storage, or delivered, the customer will sign the iPad and receive another PDF copy of the Mobile Mover inventory in their email.

The premium version of the Mobile Mover e-inventory is only available to White Glove Storage customers. With the Mobile Mover inventory, customers will have a better view of their items than if they were standing in the front of a roll-up door self-storage unit. With the premium version of the Mobile Mover e-inventory:

1. Every item will be identified with a bar-coded numbering tag with a unique color and code for each customer.
2. Each numbered item will receive a line item on the inventory identifying the type, color, or style of the item. i.e. (Brown leather sofa)
3. Each item will have its image(s) recorded by the device’s camera and the images will display next to the item on the final inventory. Serial or model numbers will be scanned into the device and recorded next to the item on the inventory. The condition of each item will be documented and any per-existing damages will be noted in plain English text. If the item is a carton packed by Arpin, its contents will be recorded. If the item is a carton packed by you, its contents will also be recorded provided you have properly labeled the item. Items identified as “Items of Extraordinary Value”, that are packed into a carton will have their contents photographed as well.

When completed and signed on the Pad, a PDF version of the e-inventory will be instantly emailed to you and a backup copy will be stored in the cloud. When the items are removed form storage, added to storage, or delivered, the customer will sign the iPad and receive another PDF copy of the Mobile Mover inventory in their email.
