The contract between the customer and Arpin RI is called the Order for Service or OFS. The OFS will stipulate the loading date spread that has been agreed upon between Arpin RI and the customer. The load date spread is typically just one day, but may range from one day to several days depending on the weight of your shipment and the required extra services.
If the customer requests a weekend, after hours, or holiday load date, Arpin RI may charge an additional fee. Move dates are affected by many variables, and some of these are out of the customer’s control. Arpin RI understands how fluid these dates are and we will work with you to load your shipment on the day that is best for you. Your salesperson or Arpin RI’s staff will discuss actual dates as the tentative move date gets close.
