A non-binding estimate is an approximation of the potential moving costs based on the estimated weight of household items and any requested accessorial services and requested valuation. The salesperson will view the shipment items, in person or virtually. Then they will create a listing of every item identified by the customer to be moved called the Order for Service or OFS. The final charges that the customer will be responsible to pay will be based on the actual weight of the items shipped, the actual packing, the actual auxiliary charges, or the actual valuation selected. The Arpin of RI sales staff are very experienced and typically have an error rate of less than 10%.
