Payment for an interstate shipment must be in the form of cash, traveler’s checks, money order, a bank cashier’s check or a credit card. Personal checks are not accepted. The payment must be made before anything is unloaded off the truck at destination. Credit card payments must be pre-approved prior to unloading.
