The tender of service are the rules and regulations published by the SDDC or the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, the Army Service Component Command of the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). In addition to other wartime duties, the SDDC also handles all of the domestic and international HHG movement for service personnel. The TOS specifies all of the rules, regulations, and procedures that carriers are obligated to perform when moving service personnel. Arpin of RI uses the Military TOS as their basic operating procedure for both Military and civilian personnel.
