Hundred weight or CWT is the industry standard metric which Arpin RI uses to quote business to business moving services. CWT stands for hundred weight or more precisely; dollars per 100-pound increment. For example, an agent is going to charge Arpin RI $15 CWT to unload a 5,000 lb. shipment into storage at their facility. The cost would be 5,000 lb./ 100 = 50 one-hundred-pound increments; i.e., $15 * 50 = $450 to unload.
