A carrier packed carton is a designation for a carton that is either physically packed by the carrier (the movers), or is a new unopened carton from the factory and/or a previously packed carton that the carrier is liable for. The entity that packs a carton is also the entity that is labile if there is any damage to any items packed inside it. Arpin of RI is liable for loss or damage for every carton designate on the inventory as CP or carrier packed.
