A delay claim is a claim filed for expenses incurred as a result of the mover not meeting the agreed pick-up or delivery spreads. In cases where Arpin is late, Arpin Van Lines will reimburse the customer up to $150 per day for every day the shipment is late. This per diem stipend is intended to cover or partially cover housing and meal expenses incurred by the delay. Customers should check with their salesperson to understand the limits of the delay claim policy.
