Moving locally is stressful, but you can usually rely on word of mouth to find a reputable local moving company. Moving across the country is an entirely different situation. That is where Arpin comes in.I've used Arpin to relocate from CA to GA and from GA to NV. Both times I was a private-pay customer. My representatives were friendly, incredibly responsive, and happy to answer questions over and over to address any anxiety about such a big move.Each move included a review of the service options (I chose to have my items packed in their own crates) and an estimate of costs provided after a video walk-through of the home, and I was pleasantly surprised that my total weight was *less* than the estimate. They work with local vendors to pack your home, crate the items, transport them, and unload them. Instead of having to deal with multiple vendors, I had a single point of contact that kept me apprised every step of the way.Relocating is incredibly stressful. I highly recommend Arpin if you are moving across the country.

I was so impressed with the professional organizational skills of the three men who helped me move I could not have been happier. They worked very well together and made light of having to cover furniture and even left me with the covers so the furniture would not get ruined. Having spent 28 years in the Army I have made many, many moves. The best moving experiences I have had is with Arpin. I just stood out of the way and they did it all. Three times I moved in NYC and it was incredible how the driver was able to maneuver the big rig 18-wheeler in some of the tightest spaces I have ever witnessed. As in all the moves with Arpin, the crew was totally professional and packed, then unpacked, my belongings with great care. Their techniques used to move the large items and a grand piano, demonstrates a very a high level of skill I have never witnessed with other DoD contracted movers.
