There are usually several ETA’s on a move; the day of delivery and the times of arrival at origin and destination. Arpin of RI’s policy if for the crew to be at the customer’s residence between 8 and 9 am, but we may communicate a wider arrival window of 8 to 10 to cover all contingencies. The ETA for arrival at destination will be communicated to the customer as soon as it is known. In addition, we will always provide at least a 24-hour notification of the actual delivery date so the customer can be prepared.
