The transportation Officer is the head civilian or Military official responsible for operating the local PPSO or Personal Property Shipping Office. The PPSO handles all of the customer logistics for personnel moving to or from a particular post or base. The TO also manages the QA (Quality Assurance) staff who oversee the movers.
