Our white-glove storage service is the perfect alternative to traditional self-storage solutions for those looking for the added benefit of having your items delivered to you when needed. Our white-glove service tracks all of your items with our Mobile-Mover technology giving you a full inventory of what items you have stored. When you need a new item you simply let us know the exact item and we can have it either ready for pickup or we can deliver it right to your door.

Looking for a way to store your seasonal equipment or patio furniture to protect it from the elements? With our Seasonal storage program, we can pick it up and drop it back off when you need it. Our white-glove service will provide you with a detailed list of everything you store along with photos of your items when your ready just let us know and we can deliver it right to your door.

Staging, Storage, and Move

Excluding location and condition, everyone understands that when it comes to the relationship between a home’s size and its value; bigger homes almost always fetch a higher price than smaller homes do. Realtors know from experience that heavily furnished homes “look” smaller than they really are, so there is always pressure for the homeowner to free up space before the home goes on the market. The best way to stage a home is to remove unneeded items so it appears as roomy as possible. Sure, you do it all yourself and have a huge white box in your driveway for months and a sore back, or you could let the storage professionals at Arpin of RI handle it.

Features Include:

  • We will come to your home to pack and load all of the items that are being removed to assist the staging
  • Place those items in our storage facility for 3 months at no cost to you…free. (1 Vault for 90 days, 2 vaults for 45 days, or 3 vaults for 30 days)
  • When the home closes, we will move the remainder of the home and the stored items to your new residence.

OnCall Warehousing

Arpin of RI has a revolutionary new warehousing program for small and medium-sized businesses that do not have warehousing space available.  No leases or commitments; just use us when only you need to. 

We know that running a small business out of your home or truck can be trying, especially if you have orders that must be accepted, inventoried, managed, and delivered. Consider using Arpin of RI as your OnCall warehouse. We have a fee-based program where we can:

  • Receive in-bound stock for you during business hours from freight carriers, UPS, or Fed-Ex using our substantial warehouse infrastructure
  • Inventory the materials received and check for damages
  • Store those items in vaults or rack on pallets 
  • Pull inventory from storage and deliver to an address or simply make those materials available to you.

This is storage option is ideal for carpenters, electricians, and home improvement contractors who need short-term storage for special order items like windows, doors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and cabinets. Arpin of RI has the materials handling equipment, man-power, and know how to carefully handle hyper-fragile items like these. After all, it’s what we do every day. We can simply store these items for you and your crews can pick them up all at once or a little at a time, or we can store them and professionally deliver them in any sequence you desire. Having spent 28 years in the Army I have made many, many moves. The best moving experiences I have had is with Arpin. I just stood out of the way and they did it all. Three times I moved in NYC and it was incredible how the driver was able to maneuver the big rig 18-wheeler in some of the tightest spaces I have ever witnessed. As in all the moves with Arpin, the crew was totally professional and packed, then unpacked, my belongings with great care.
